📋 Entry Format#

Each history entry should be dated and follow this structure:

🗂️ Naming Convention#

Use descriptive, dated filenames:

YYYY-MM-DD-{topic-slug}.md

Examples: - 2025-11-09-setup-conversation.md - 2025-12-01-authentication-architecture.md - 2026-01-15-performance-optimization.md

🔒 Sensitive Information#

Do not include in history: - API keys or credentials - Personal information - Proprietary code - Customer data

🤖 AI Assistant Conversations#

When an AI assistant helps with major decisions or setup: 1. Save the full conversation to this folder 2. Include the assistant's reasoning and recommendations 3. Note which options were considered and why certain choices were made
